1:1 Midlife Boost Programme

The 1:1 Midlife Boost Programme is a 6 week programme. My aim throughout this programme is to support you to become your healthiest version from the inside out by focusing on foundational nourishment. Making some small changes to everyday habits can lead to a significant impact longer term as well as preventing or starting to reverse out of many lifestyle related diseases.

I use a non-diet approach with simple changes designed to be sustainable. I meet all my clients where they’re at with a blank page and use holistic root cause thinking while making real-life practical recommendations.

During the programme, I will support you to:

BOOST energy levels, metabolism, gut health, immunity, mood, metabolic health and some weight loss.

REDUCE sugar cravings, bloating, brain fog, stress levels and inflammation.

OPTIMISE sleep patterns, movement levels, nutrition, mindset, hormone balance, glucose levels.

Working together intensely for 6 weeks can often be a more effective way to instigate habit change. You can of course add more individual sessions at the end of the programme if you so wish.

1:1 Midlife Balance Programme

The 1:1 Midlife Balance Programme is a 12 week Programme for clients who have longer term health goals and would like my support in making sustainable changes beyond 6 weeks. 

In midlife we can find that balancing hormones, balancing our nutrition and balancing our energy levels can get much harder. 

We can become out of balance easily due to work, family and caring demands for our time which can quickly lead to higher stress levels, lower movement levels, less of a focus on nutrition and less quality sleep. This, in turn, can cause an imbalance of bacteria in our guts, an imbalance of hormones and an imbalance of energy through our bodies. 

Midlife isn’t easy so we need to be a bit more systematic about how to off-set and counterbalance the stressors in our body during this age and stage of life. When nutrition is re-balanced, our hormones are re-balanced and inflammation levels are re-balanced we will gain resilience against perimenopause and menopause side effects as well as preventing the very common health issues that can start to occur in midlife.

Diet and lifestyle changes have the potential to make a noticeable difference in how you feel around the menopause.  What you eat could reduce some of the undesirable health impacts of menopause either directly by reducing inflammation or blood sugar spikes or even indirectly by altering the composition of our gut microbiome. Pricing

The 1:1 Midlife Programmes include a 7 day food & lifestyle diary, a 90 minute holistic consultation either in person or remotely via Zoom / telephone call and a fully bespoke plan focusing on the foundations of health including nutrition, stress, sleep and movement as well as recipes tailored to your food preferences.

Following the initial consultation during the first week, we will meet for a 45 minute progress review every week for 5 weeks (Midlife Boost Programme), or every fortnight for 10 weeks (Midlife Balance Programme). We’ll review what has been working well and work collaboratively to understand what needs to be tweaked. We’ll build on your progress, introduce some new recommendations and focus on mindset and sustainable habits. After each review you will be sent detailed notes of our discussion, a clear plan of action until we meet again and support over email and messages to ask any questions, anytime.

1:1 Midlife Boost Programme - £389 (£570 worth of individual sessions)

1:1 Midlife Balance Programme - £179 per month for 3 months

If you would like to add more sessions at the end of the midlife programmes, individual sessions are priced at £75 each or a bundle of 3 sessions is £195.

1:1 Midlife Flexible Programme - I offer an initial onboarding session at £195 and individual progress consultations at £75. I also offer bundles with an onboarding session plus 1 progress review for £249 or 2 progress reviews for £309. You decide how many sessions and the frequency of these.
