Nutrition & Wellness Coaching

I work one to one with clients which I find works really well with being able to provide accountability and support - clients are able to contact me over email or text message at any time with any questions or concerns. Through my own experiences, I know that changing nutrition & wellness habits in midlife can be a challenging process which requires a lot of support. So I’m fully available to clients when they need it while they’re working with me.

I offer a completely bespoke and personalised approach, always starting with a blank page for each individual client. I will meet you where you’re at and take on board your preferences and likes and dislikes before formulating a nutrition and lifestyle plan. I fully adapt the approach I use to each individual client and their personal lifestyle as everyone’s ideal plan is going to be unique to them.

Ultimately, as a coach, I'm here to support my clients to make health and lifestyle changes easier, whatever that may be. I’m happy to use follow up coaching sessions to go to the supermarket, demystify food labels, detox kitchen cupboards, or help batch cook a few dishes. Clients can come to me in Harpenden Hertfordshire, I can go to clients, we can walk and talk or we can meet over Zoom or on the phone - I’m fully flexible! Whatever works best for you and your individual needs.

I support clients to:

  • Balance blood sugar levels

  • Improve liver detoxification

  • Reduce inflammation

  • Support gut health

  • Reduce and manage stress levels

  • Boost energy & immunity

  • Focus on practical movement strategies

  • Improve quality of sleep

  • Focus on weight management (healthy weight loss or gain)

When our inner health is better, perimenopause and menopause symptoms can be much improved. I find it helpful to switch around the thinking and look at improving the whole picture by taking a more holistic approach and optimising how the body works.

I work with clients in a few stages:

Step 1 - initial health questionnaires and a food diary are completed.

Step 2 - we meet for a 90 minute on-boarding session in person or online where we discuss your current lifestyle and your health and wellness goals in more detail.

Step 3 - a fully personalised and holistic diet and lifestyle plan is created. You can get in touch at any time to ask questions or gain further clarity on anything in the plan.

Step 4 - follow up coaching sessions. These can be taken as and when you require them - there is no limit but also no obligation. Some clients prefer weekly check ins, others prefer fortnightly or monthly. These sessions are designed to support you whilst you make health and lifestyle changes; providing you with the tools to implement the changes we make into everyday life. I will fully support you to create new habits, provide accountability and encourage consistency.
